This notice explains what personal information we collect through this site. Online ordering, payments, and the rewards program are operated by Square (Block, Inc.) under Square's own privacy policy (linked below); this notice covers what we collect through uswnd.com.

Information we collect

• When you message us (the "Text Us" chat): your name, phone number, and the content of your message.
• When you join Wing Points Rewards (via the Square enrollment we link to): name, phone number and/or email address, and your purchase and rewards activity.
• Automatically: standard technical data (IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed) that the third-party services embedded on our site receive when your browser loads them.

Third parties that process data through this site

• Square / Block, Inc. — chat ("Text Us"), Wing Points / Square Loyalty, and ordering/payments. See Square's privacy policy: squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy
• Google — web fonts and the embedded map (your browser contacts Google to load these, which lets Google receive technical data such as your IP address), plus our website hosting and live data (Google Firebase / Firestore).
• Cloudflare — delivers an open-source animation library (cdnjs) that our site loads.

We do not sell your personal information. The third-party services above operate under their own privacy policies, which we link to above.

How we use information

To respond to your messages, operate the Wing Points rewards program, process orders you place through Square, and send messages you have asked to receive.

Text messages (SMS)

We use the Text Us channel to reply to you. We only send promotional/marketing texts if you separately opt in; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Replying to the "Text Us" chat does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts. For help, reply HELP or call (864) 345-2552. SMS is delivered through our messaging provider (Square), under its privacy policy linked above.

To review, correct, or delete information you've given us, or to opt out of marketing, contact us at (864) 345-2552 or via the "Text Us" chat on our site.

Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. Third-party services embedded on our site (such as Square and Google) may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites; we do not control that collection, so please review their privacy policies.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. If we make a material change to how we collect, use, or share your information, we will post a notice on the homepage of uswnd.com (and update this page) for at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
