Wing Points Rewards — Terms

Wing Points Rewards ("the Program") is the loyalty program of US Wings & Deli — Spartanburg, run through Square Loyalty.

By joining, you agree to these terms.

Earning & rewards

• You earn points on qualifying purchases (your food/drink subtotal before tax, tips, and fees) at the participating Spartanburg location only.
• The current earn rate, reward thresholds, and reward values are set in Square Loyalty and shown at checkout, on your receipt, and in your Square Loyalty account. These are promotional and may change at any time.

Points have no cash value

Points and rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for or exchanged into cash.

We may change or end the Program

We may change, suspend, or end the Program — or any reward, earn rate, redemption rule, threshold, or eligibility requirement — at any time, without notice. Points and rewards are a promotional benefit, not money or property, and may be reduced, expire, or be forfeited at any time. You have no guaranteed right to any specific reward, and unredeemed points have no cash value.

Redemptions are final and non-refundable

Any purchase made using a reward or redeemed points, and any reward redemption itself, is non-refundable and cannot be reversed, re-credited, or exchanged, except where a refund or credit is required by law or where we fail to provide the redeemed item. Rewards have no cash value.

Eligibility

• One account per person; you must provide accurate enrollment information.
• Each point expires 3 months after it is earned. Your current points balance and expiration dates are shown in your Square Loyalty account. We may change the expiration period at any time; any change applies to all points, including points already earned.
• One reward per transaction unless stated otherwise; rewards are subject to availability and not combinable with other offers unless stated.

Fraud / abuse

We may suspend or terminate participation and void points/rewards for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

About these points

You must be at least 13 years old to join. Wing Points are a promotional loyalty benefit only — they are not money, and are not intended or offered as a gift card or stored-value product. We will post any material changes to these terms on this page.

Other

The Program also relies on Square Loyalty; Square's terms and privacy policy also apply to enrollment data. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina; nothing in them limits any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your home state.
